Yes, same-day bookings are allowed only before 11:30 AM and are only for the 15:30 timeslot. After this time, same day bookings will be blocked.
We currently offer limited time slots per day (e.g. 09:30 and 15:30). If one slot is taken, only the remaining one will be available. If both are booked, that date becomes unavailable.
Some services require a deposit to secure your booking. If applicable, the deposit amount will be shown during checkout. Deposits are non-refundable.
After confirming your booking, you will be required to make payment via PayPal and upload proof. Use the generated Booking/Payment ID as the payment reference. Your booking will only be confirmed after proof of payment (deposit/full payment) is confirmed.
Yes. You can choose to pay the full amount upfront. If you pay a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid before your appointment.

Yes. If you have a valid coupon code, you can apply it during the booking summary step. The discount will be applied instantly to your total.
If a date is fully booked, it will be unavailable for selection. Please choose the next available date or check back later in case of cancellations.
